Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – CBT

CBT helps our clients develop healthy methods of coping with stressors and feelings of anxiety and depression by providing real-time solutions. In a safe and controlled environment, our clients explore their symptoms and learn to identify how their feelings, thoughts and actions are interconnected. They are subsequently given the opportunity to examine and practice healthy behavioral techniques, reframe their negative thinking and develop the ability to anticipate challenges and deal with them with an existing array of adaptive skills.
