Small Groups
At EXIS our groups are designed to consist of no more than 8 participants. In employing such limits, clients typically feel safer to open up and share in an intimate setting with personalized attention, as well as more heard. Creating this dynamic allows for improved communication, stronger supportive ties among group members, and overall promotes a greater sense of healing through a more meaningful experience.
